The Rainbow Seekers Handbook is an interactive self-guided coloring/activity book and art journal. This book is a companion to Ants on a Log's most recent album "Rainbow Seekers" and acts as an extension of the music, offering kids and families new and different ways to interact with the values and concepts heard throughout the album--values such as self-expression, community building, and authenticity.
Drawing upon our experience as board-certified music therapists, we designed this activity book to help elementary school-aged children explore their identities, build coping skills, and practice social-emotional intelligence.
