New Album Coming Out May 31, 2024!

Ants on a Log’s new album “Rainbow Seekers” will be released just in time for Pride Month! Written by Julie Be and Miles Crabtree, Philly-based trans and nonbinary music therapists, the new album joyfully invites all children to explore identity and self-expression, while specifically uplifting trans and queer families.

In the midst of increasingly prevalent anti-trans legislation and violence, Rainbow Seekers is an affirming celebration of queer families. The album introduces listeners to gender-expansiveness with humor and harmony, while offering universal messages of belonging for all children.

RAINBOW SEEKERS is Ants on a Log’s new interactive musical. Written and performed by Julie Be and Miles Crabtree, two trans music therapists, the show offers families much-needed representation and queer joy. After winning a fan favorite award at the 2023 Philadelphia Fringe Fest, the nationally acclaimed band is recording the soundtrack, touring the musical, and creating educational resources to bring identity-affirming music to kids and families.

(Note: this show was formerly known as “Sing the Rainbow.”)
